The Hotel

We have taken accommodation at The Hotel, one of the most stylish and well located hotels in Brussels.

When registering to confirm your place at the awards dinner, you will be asked to confirm the nights you will require accommodation. We will then organise this for you and confirm both your place at the awards and your accommodation booking.

All accommodation costs should be met by the person staying at the hotel, payable on departure. AbbVie is not responsible for covering the cost of accommodation.

On the 5 October at 18.45, transfers will take place between The Hotel and Le Chalet Robinson. These will leave from outside the main hotel entrance. You are advised to be present at this time in order to ensure we arrive at Le Chalet Robinson on time.
