The following schedule will apply for the President's Awards Dinner. Further information can be found on the Practical Information page.

• 18.45: Transfer via bus from The Hotel to Le Chalet Robinson
  
• 19.00: Arrive at Le Chalet Robinson
  
• Between 19.00 and 19.20: Travel across the lake via chain bridge
• 19.30: Aperitifs served
  
• 20.00: Dinner served (awards ceremony during dinner), followed by dancing
• 01.00: Finish at 01.00hrs

Shuttle buses will provide transport back to The Hotel from Le Chalet Robinson every 15 minutes between 12.00hrs and 01.00hrs.
