Angela Peacock
Global Thought-Leader in Diversity and Inclusion, Chair and founding partner , The People Development Team
Angela Peacock is the Chair of the People Development Team Group of Companies. She is well-known as a panel host and conference speaker on topics from high performance culture to inclusion.
Over the past 10 years Angela has built quite a following for her challenging approach to creating high performance environments. She advocates not aiming for a blue print – rather creating a space where everyone can excel. This means deep exploration of ourselves as leaders both in terms of our fears and our beliefs our own performance, conscious and unconscious. Her approach to an agenda that combines strategy, cultural change and deep personal learning is a combination of humour, straight talking and total audience interaction.

Rob Vromen
CEO, Euromex nv
Since the beginning of 2010 Rob Vromen has been CEO of Euromex NV, a legal protection insurer in Belgium, part of the Swiss based Baloise Group.
Euromex is at the forefront of the industry by providing innovative legal expenses and assistance solutions.
Rob Vromen holds Masters Degrees in Law and Marketing.
He is a member of the General Council RIAD, the International Association of Legal Protection Insurers.
He worked for more than twenty years within ING Group (Insurance) in several management positions. The last ten years he has been working in the field of legal protection insurance.
Throughout his professional career he has been directly engaged in fulfilling the needs and expectations of customers.

Adrienne O'Sullivan
CEO - Ireland, DAS
Adrienne O’Sullivan is a Chartered Insurer, Certified Insurance Director and holder of a Diploma in Legal Studies.
She is Chief Executive Officer of DAS Ireland and is responsible for the profitable growth and strategic direction of the Company.
Focused and target driven, she is acutely aware of actual deliverables. Whilst growing DAS to become the no 1 legal expenses provider in Ireland, she has been instrumental in putting the customer at the centre of every action of the company.
She sits on the Council of RIAD, the International Association of Legal Protection Insurance where she actively takes part in European issues affecting the legal services market.
Adrienne is a Past President of the Insurance Institute of Ireland, The Insurance Institute of Dublin and The Insurance Charities, where she remains Trustee and Director. She is an elected Director of the Insurance Institute of Ireland.

Kristian Myrseth
Associate Professor in Behavioral Science and Marketing, Trinity College Dublin
Kristian Myrseth is an Associate Professor in Behavioural Science and Marketing. He joined Trinity Business School in September, 2016, following appointments at the University of St Andrews and ESMT European School of Management and Technology. He holds an AB in Economics from Harvard (‘04) and a PhD in Managerial and Organisational Behaviour from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business (‘09).
Kristian’s research focuses on behavioural decision making and judgment, spanning the disciplines of social-cognitive psychology and economics. His research has explored self-control, altruism, and cooperation, and a more recent programme investigates risk perception and consumer finance. His work has appeared in a wide range of international journals, including the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, Psychological Science, Experimental Economics, Journal of Economic Psychology, and Judgment and Decision Making.
