Registration
Registration starts at 09.00am on 31st May, with the conference scheduled to start at 10.00am sharp. The delegate registration desk will be situated inside the lobby area as you enter the building. This will be the main information point for the event, where you can collect your delegate badge and conference literature, and will be manned by our team throughout the day to assist with any queries you may have.


Languages and Translation 
Please note that presentations and discussions will be held in English and French. Translation facilities will be available.

 

Hotel Accommodation

Delegates who attend this event will receive a special discounted rate for accommodation at a number of nearby hotels. Further information will be sent out once we have received your registration. We will always do our best to aid and support your search for accommodation in Brussels. Belgian Entry Visas
Participants requiring a visa in order to enter Belgium are reminded that they must obtain the visa before travelling. Should you require an invitation letter to support your visa application then please contact us and we will do our best to assist you with this.

 

Please note that we will only be able to supply invitation letters to delegates who have registered and confirmed their participation at the event.
