Conference Date and Venue

The conference will take place in Central Brussels in the second half of 2011. Please check back to the website for regular updates about the date and venue.

Hotel Accommodation
Delegates who attend this event will receive a special discounted rate for accommodation at a number of nearby hotels. Further information will be sent out once we have received your registration and we will always do our best to aid and support your search for accommodation in Brussels. Languages
All presentations and discussions will be held in English. Unfortunately, there will not be any translation facilities available.

Electrical Appliances
The electric voltage in Belgium is the EU standard of 230V/50 Hz.

Belgian Entry Visas
Participants requiring a visa in order to enter Belgium are reminded that they must obtain the visa before travelling. Should you require an invitation letter to support your visa application then please contact us and we will do our best to assist you with this.

Please note that we will only be able to supply invitation letters to delegates who have registered and confirmed their participation at the event.
