Online Delegate Networking

Delegates attending this event will have the opportunity to enhance any usual at-event networking opportunities through the use of our 'OnlineDelegate Networking System'. This system will be open 2 weeks before the event and will remain open until 2 months after the event has taken place.

How does the Online Networking System work?

Our Online Networking System is a complimentary tool that provides a secure online area only accessible to registered delegates, and offers a simple search facility that allows them to browse the profiles of fellow delegates and then send messages to any that they wish to make contact with either before, during or after the event date.

In addition it allows delegates to enhance networking opportunities by creating their own profile with more information about their organisation and who they are looking to connect with, as well as providing the opportunity to upload a photograph so that they are recognisable to fellow delegates at the event.

With delegate data held securely for 2 months post-event, it allows you to follow up on any initial new contacts that you made at the event, or to make contact with anybody that you may not have had a chance to connect with.

Contact details are not displayed when communications are sent through this system, although delegates can of course contact each other directly via their own email clients following the initial introduction.
