The 5th Annual Latin America Spectrum Management Conference will take place alongside an ITU Capacity Building workshop on "Spectrum and community networks”  in the same location on 7th September 2018.

Topics to be discussed will include:

• Initiatives of community networks in the region
• Regulatory approaches to maximise the use of spectrum in underserved areas
• Operators and providers of networks and equipment with community networks.
