Hotel Accommodation

We have negotiated special accommodation rates at Clontarf Castle - the congress venue - for congress attendees and accompanying partners.

The rates are as follows:

   Single occupancy - October 4-6, 2017: €209.00 (per night)

   Double/ Twin Occupancy - October 4-6, 2017: €229.00 (per night)

Please note that the above rates are inclusive of taxes and full Irish breakfast.

Start of the conference
Registration for the conference starts with the lunch at 13:00 on 5 October 2017, with the conference scheduled to start at 14:00 sharp. Please collect your delegate badge and conference literature from the desk on arrival, which will be the main information point for the event and will be manned throughout the congress.
 
Languages
We encourage that all presentations and discussions be presented in English. Simultaneous translation in French and German will be available throughout the duration of the conference.

Visas
Participants requiring a visa in order to enter Ireland are reminded that they must obtain the visa before travelling. Should you require an invitation letter to support your visa application then please contact us and we will do our best to assist you with this.
