Inspirational Field Trip
If you arrive early we want to invite you on the afternoon of Wednesday, October 5 to visit technological innovations which are based in Montreal. Our congress ‘Legal Protection Going Global’ raises the question and will show examples how technology is going to changes the law and what it will look like in the future. Join us on one of the field trips to see how these ideas work in practice. As part of the congress, delegates will have the choice of attending one inspirational field trip. Please check again as we might add more options to choose from.
OPTION NUMBER 1: CYBERJUSTICE LABORATORY/ LABORATOIRE DE CYBERJUSTICE

What is it about?
Computer and network tools have still not been completely integrated into the justice system. The Laboratory is a globally unique research infrastructure which analyses the impact of technologies on justice and develops concrete technological tools that are adapted to the reality of justice systems. These help remedy problems linked to costs and delays engendered by the length of justice proceedings which slow down the justice system and deprive those concerned of means to resolve their disputes.
