Conference Venue
The venue for this conference is the Pestana Rio Atlântica, which overlooks the world famous Copacabana beach.

Address: Avenida Atlântica, 2964 - Copacabana, Rio de Janeiro.

Hotel Information

Unfortunately the Pestana Rio Atlântica is now fully booked.

However, we can recommend the following hotels which are all near to the Conference venue:

4 star hotels : Hotel Rio Othon Palace and JW Marriott Hotel Rio de Janeiro. 
3 star hotels : Hotel Canada and Majestic Rio Palace.

Registration

Registration for the main conference starts at 8:30am, with the conference scheduled to start at 9:00am sharp. Please collect your delegate badge and conference literature from the desk on arrival, which will be the main information point for the event and will be manned throughout the day.
 
Languages
All presentations and discussions will be held in English, Portuguese and Spanish. There will be translation facilities available throughout the conference.

Electrical Appliances
The electric voltage in Brazil is 127V/60 Hz.

Brazilian Entry Visas
Participants requiring a visa in order to enter Brazil are reminded that they must obtain the visa before travelling. Should you require an invitation letter to support your visa application then please contact us and we will do our best to assist you with this.

Please note that we will only be able to supply invitation letters to delegates who have registered and confirmed their participation at the event.
