Travelling to Cardiff
Cardiff city centre is easily accessible by road, rail and air.
During the week of the NATO summit, certain roads will be closed in Cardiff. If you are travelling by car, please use these directions to avoid closed roads and arrive directly at the Cardiff Marriott Hotel car park.

Cardiff benefits from direct rail links with most major UK cities. Trains from central London depart every 30 minutes and arrive at Cardiff Central Station, which is a 10 minute walk from the conference venue (journey time approximately 2 hours). Train timetables and other information can be found on the National Rail website.
Registration
Registration for the main conference starts at 1:00pm, with the conference scheduled to start at 2:00pm sharp. Please collect your delegate badge and conference literature from the desk on arrival, which will be the main information point for the event and will be manned throughout the day.
Languages
All presentations and discussions will be held in English. Unfortunately, there will not be any translation facilities available.
British Entry Visas
Participants requiring a visa in order to enter the UK are reminded that they must obtain the visa before travelling. Should you require an invitation letter to support your visa application then please contact us and we will do our best to assist you with this.
Please note that we will only be able to supply invitation letters to delegates who have registered and confirmed their participation at the event.
