Conference Venue
The venue for this conference was held at the Renaissance Brussels Hotel (Rue du Parnasse 19, 1050 Bruxelles). A map can be found here.

Our sister company Forum Venues had negotiated special accomodation rates for delegates of this event, and will be happy to arrange a booking on your behalf.

Registration
Registration for the main conference started at 9:00am, with the conference scheduled to start at 9:30am sharp. Delegate badges and conference literature were collected from the desk on arrival, which was the main information point for the event and was manned throughout the day.
Languages
All presentations and discussions were held in English. Unfortunately, there were not any translation facilities available.
Electrical Appliances
The electric voltage in Belgium is the EU standard of 230V/50 Hz.
Belgian Entry Visas
Participants requiring a visa in order to enter Belgium were reminded that they had to obtain the visa before travelling. Should you require an invitation letter to support your visa application in the future, then please contact us and we will do our best to assist you with this.
Please note that we will only be able to supply invitation letters to delegates who have registered and confirmed their participation at the event.
