With Sustainable 2Wheels, ETRA wants to inform the European decision-makers and the general public on the wide variety of 2Wheels to facilitate urban transport and on their benefits in the field of environment, transport and public health.

Who can participate?

Companies

We invite any company that produces, imports, sells bicycles, electric bicycles, scooters, motorcycles, light electric vehicles as well as 2Wheel parts and accessories to illustrate the potential of 2Wheels in making transport more sustainable by participating as an exhibitor in Sustainable 2Wheels.

Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions for companies participating in the demonstration event are as follows:

• To put your bicycles, electric bicycles, scooters, motorcycles or other sustainable mobility products on show on the esplanade of the European Parliament and allow the public to test ride the bicyles and electric bicycles.
• To bring along or hire at least 1 pop-up tent to show your products The advertisement of brand names on the tent and use of banners and flags is allowed as well as distribution of your brochures and other publicity material. Ask ETRA for further details on hiring a tent.
• The tent needs to be staffed with at least one person from your company who can inform visitors on the functioning, the technical aspects, the "social benefits", ... of your products and who is also responsible for the proper functioning of your test-vehicles.
• You are free to distribute little sustainable gadgets to visitors or to provide sustainable gadgets for inclusion in the goodies’ bags that will be handed out to the visitors.

Organisations and Projects

Sustainable2Wheels welcomes any organisation and/or project active in the field of 2Wheels promotion in particular or sustainable mobility in general.

Terms and conditions
The terms and conditions for organisations & projects participating in the demonstration event are as follows:

• The participation fee for organisations & projects includes 1 table + 2 chairs in an open front tent on the esplanade. Organisations & projects can presents themselves whichever way they deem best.
• At least 1 member of staff must be present in Brussels to inform the visitors on your activities.
• You are free to distribute little sustainable gadgets to visitors or to provide sustainable gadgets for inclusion in the goodies’ bags that will be handed out to the visitors.
