Practical Information

Event Venue
The interactive two-wheel exhibition and the lunch will take place on the Esplanade in front of the European Parliament in Brussels (Place du Luxembourg entrance), as well as in Luxembourg station. Following this, the TRAN Committee will host a public hearing on Sustainable Mobility at the European Parliament (room JAN 2Q2). Please view the Programme of Events tab above for more information.

Hotel Accommodation

Delegates who attend this event will receive a special discounted rate for accommodation at a number of nearby hotels, and further information relating to this will be sent out once we have received your registration. We will always do our best to aid and support your search for accommodation in Brussels.
The exhibition taking place on the esplanade outside the European Parliament is open to all and there is no need to register. Spaces at the public hearing on Sustainable Mobility are limited however and registration should therefore be made online here. When registering there will also be the option to select whether you plan to attend the exhibition taking place on the Esplanade of the European Parliament.
All presentations and discussions will be held in English. Unfortunately, there will not be any translation facilities available.
