Agenda
Policies & Practices is organised as a series of debates on three general issues that will be analysed in three sessions each. As these specific sessions will be hosted annually, it will be possible to consider these topics in light of a medium-term vision, to study new trends from one session to the next and to guarantee a regular follow-up.
The next Policies & Practices session will be Shaping the restaurant of the future: the impact of digital to support the sector’s rebirth taking place on 19 May 2022.
The Policies & Practices agenda can be checked by topic or by date.
