Conference Venue

The venue for this conference is the ING Auditorium, situated in Central Brussels.

Address: Avenue Marnix 24, 1000 Brussels, Belgium. A map to the venue is available here.

Registration

Registration starts at 08.30am on 9th February, with the conference scheduled to start at 09.00am sharp. The delegate registration desk will be situated just inside the lobby area as you enter the auditorium. This will be the main information point for the event, where you can collect your delegate badge and conference literature, and will be manned by our team throughout the day to assist with any queries you may have.

Languages and Translation

All presentations and discussions will be held in English. Unfortunately, there will not be any translation facilities available.

Lunch and Session 3

Please note that at this stage your reserved delegate place is to attend the keynote presentations and sessions 1 and 2 only. Due to limited capacity in the dining room, lunch and session 3 are by invitation only.

If you would like to apply for a place at lunch, please ensure you select this option when registering. A member of our event team will then be in touch closer to the event to let you know whether a place is available. Thank you for your understanding and patience with this.

Hotel Accommodation

Delegates who attend this event will receive a special discounted rate for accommodation at a number of nearby hotels. Further information will be sent out once we have received your registration and we will always do our best to aid and support your search for accommodation in Brussels. For more information on this before registering, please call +44 (0)2920 783 024 or email charlene.selmer@forum-europe.com.

Parking

There is public parking available at "Parking 2 Portes", which is at walking distance from the ING auditorium. A map can be found here. Please note that a charge of €14 per ticket applies. If you are interested in using these parking facilities, you should collect your parking ticket at the ING when registering for the conference.

Electrical Appliances

The electric voltage in Belgium is the EU standard of 230V/50 Hz.

Belgian Entry Visas

Participants requiring a visa in order to enter Belgium are reminded that they must obtain the visa before travelling. Should you require an invitation letter to support your visa application then please contact us and we will do our best to assist you with this.

Please note that we will only be able to supply invitation letters to delegates who have registered and confirmed their participation at the event.
