Please note that academic organisations that are a member of the WWRF are entitled to 1 free registration per meeting. This complimentary place can be secured using the discount code ACADEMIC100. Use of this discount code is restricted and will be closely monitored.

The registration fee includes sessions, proceedings, lunches, Coffee breaks, reception and gala dinners.  

Please note that travel costs, hotel accommodation and insurance are not included in the registration fee.

Cancellation Policy

Delegates who cannot attend the meeting due to visa delays or non-issuance of visa will receive a refund less £100 administrative fee.  All Cancellation requests must be received in writing at least two weeks before the commencement of the meeting. It is regretted that cancellations received within two weeks of the meeting date will be liable for the full fee.
