As digital innovation will continue to play a crucial role for the future of ecommerce, how can it be ensured that the policy landscape supporting European ecommerce businesses, including SMEs, remains consistent with emerging digital trends?
- To what extent is the development of data-driven ecommerce solutions, new business models and innovative Internet platforms supported in Europe?
- With new digital technologies facilitating users’ online experiences, how can ecommerce platforms meet the demands of increasingly tech-savvy consumers who shop through multiple channels?
